What personal information does this website collect?
When you submit the project intake form, we store your name, email, selected service area, project description, and any optional summary or question in our database. We use these details to review and respond to your request. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we never sell personal information.
What we store in your browser

What we receive when you submit the intake
We store your name, email, selected service area, project description, any optional summary or question, the page you submitted from, and the submission date in our database. This lets our team review your request and follow up even when email notifications are not connected. If notifications are connected, the same details may also be emailed to our team. We keep this information for as long as needed to respond to and serve you, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Your rights
Under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and PIPEDA, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your information. Write to info@interop.it. Our person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at the same address.
